If you’re like us and you find your waistband getting a little tighter and you’re feeling bloated and fatigued from all the stress at work, here are some detox drinks that can serve as quick fixes or remedies.

Pro Tip: Drink these on an empty stomach for best results.

1SUPER CLEANSING DETOX DRINK

We drink this regularly to good results. If you haven’t tried this drink yet, you should feel some immediate relief and results. It might be one of our yuckiest tasting on our list, but we believe this is the most potent.

What you need:

  • Baking Soda
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered, with the mother, and preferably organic)
  • Lukewarm water

Directions:

In a glass, mix 1/8 tsp baking soda to 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). The normal amount to take is actually 1/4 tsp but let’s ease you into this drink.

Dissolve and add water. Drink immediately on an empty stomach. (Do NOT drink this on a full stomach or else you’ll get a stomach ache due to gas. But you know this already.)

  • 500 milliliters coconut water
  • 7 scoops watermelon
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 3 lemon slices

Directions:

Infuse the watermelon, mint, and lemon into the coconut water. Chill for 2-3 hours or refrigerate overnight. Drink and enjoy!

What you need:

  • 10 ounces cold water
  • 1 fresh strawberry (sliced)
  • 2 mint leaves (diced)
  • 4 cucumbers (sliced)
  • 2 lime slices
  • ice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and chill. Drink and enjoy!

Here’s another seriously detoxing drink. Again, if you have this before any food, the ingredients will act on your body and help purify you from toxins and help you get rid of extra pounds. Just check out all the good stuff that goes in this drink.

What you need:

  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated fresh)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered, with the mother, and preferably organic)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • a handful of fresh mint and parsley
  • 1/2 avocado (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 30g fresh spinach

Directions:

Wash the leafy greens well. Blend all ingredients except for honey and ginger. Add at the end and blend a bit more.

Chill and drink every morning before breakfast. If you pair this with some super quick exercises, you multiply the effects and results.
